Abstract

The present paper proposes and investigates a procedure for numerical evaluation of the transition probabilities for a time-inhomogeneous Markov process when the intensities are known (estimated). The procedure is based on Taylor-expansion of the transition probabilities linked with the Chapman-Kolmogorov equations.     

七级多指标识别模型在商业银行贷款风险防范中的实证研究

本文从商业银行的贷款实际业务中，设置了32个贷款风险因素指标，构建了七级风险模糊识别模型，力求用一套现代定量方法对商业银行贷款风险进行有效的识别，目的在于揭示受评对象未来偿付能力的大小，以及影响该能力的各种因素及其变化趋势，定量化分析受评对象贷款违约的可能性及其严重程度，从而对商业银行贷款质量得出评估意见。     

黄石市基本农田水稻中重金属污染评价分析

对黄石市基本农田稻米中重金属含量进行了分析测定并进行相应的分析评价,以明确该地区稻米中的重金属污染情况。结果表明：基本农田稻米整体上已经受到了Pb污染,大冶市和阳新县的稻米均为重度Pb污染（污染指数分别为5.469和3.689）,未受到其他重金属污染（其他重金属的污染指数均小于1）;分析不同样点的污染情况,62%的样点为重污染水平,18%的样点为中污染水平,16%的样点为轻污染水平,其他为清洁水平;分析污染原因可能主要由废水浇灌以及大气重金属尘沉降等引起。     

INCOME DISTRIBUTIONS IN INPUT-OUTPUT MODELS

The analysis of income distribution (ID) has traditionally been of prime importance for economists and policy-makers. However, the standard input–output (I–O) model is not particularly well equipped for studying current issues such as the consequences of decreasing access to primary inputs or the effects of specific redistributive policies. This paper addresses this gap in the existing literature. We propose that IDs can excellently be studied by restructuring the I–O relations. A new coefficients matrix is defined, the so-called augmented input coefficients matrix. This matrix is the sum of the intermediate input coefficients matrix and newly constructed matrices of sector-specific input coefficients that represent the existing distribution of income. We show that shifts in the distribution can be modelled by attributing weights to these matrices and vary these according to system-specific rules. Numerical illustrations based on the existing literature are given throughout the paper.     

粮食重金属污染对粮食安全、人体健康的影响

介绍了重金属污染的起源、历史、后果和现状。首先叙述了北半球亚欧和北美地区重金属污染研究形势,接着论述了中国粮食重金属污染的严重程度。Cd、Hg、Pb、As、Cu和Zn对人体健康的影响作了概述,最后,对今后中国粮食安全研究提出了建议。     

基于马尔柯夫分析的计算机预测和决策应用

从DSS应用现状出发,介绍了马尔柯夫分析的定义和数学原理,阐述了马尔柯夫分析的过程和预测的基本步骤,利用Excel设计了进行市场占有率预测的应用模型,并进行了仿真预测和决策分析。测试表明,应用模型简便通用,操作方便,提高了预测的计算精度和效率。

文章结合我国《有色金属产业调整和振兴规划》和广西有色金属工业的实际，提出了加快广西有色金属工业发展的5条路径。     

一种新颖的低功耗、强移动性的密码锁设计

本文介绍一种基于单片机控制的电子密码锁设计。本系统由P89LPC900系列单片机、矩阵键盘和报警系统组成。系统能完成电子控制开锁、超时报警、超次锁定、管理员解密和修改用户密码的基本功能。除上述基本的密码锁功能外,还具有节电模式、掉电存储、按键中断唤醒等功能。该系统结构简洁、成本低、体积小,功能实用。
